The hotel offers clean and tidy rooms with very good service, but there can be loud noise from the pool area playing music all day and night. The food consists mostly of Egyptian meals daily, and there are limited TV channels with poor signal quality. Room service is lacking, requiring guests to request cleaning. Despite some downsides, the hotel is mosquito-free.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I got, even though I paid for one with a pool view, was quite noisy due to music playing all day and night from the pool area. The food was repetitive with the same Egyptian meals daily, and the room service wasn't the best, as they only cleaned when asked. However, the staff at the hotel were exceptional and went out of their way to make my stay more pleasant.

The staff, especially Shehab & Sokar from the animation team, were incredibly kind, helpful, and always there to assist. They even sang Happy Birthday to celebrate a special occasion.
